We consult with our Customers closely throughout the entire order process to ensure every aspect from product design and branding to bespoke packaging and delivery is actioned to meet their expectations and more.


Leather – We are very flexible and so we are happy to assist with small volumes. If you do additional branded accessories like zip fasteners etc, there is usually an MOQ of 1000 pieces and a one-off mould charge to develop the item.

Non-Leather – these vary between products. However our long-standing relationships with
our factories/suppliers means we tend to be able to meet our client’s requirements.

We work with a large variety of leather colours and textures. We predominantly use Cow or
Sheep leather on our products. We can have leathers specially dyed to get as close as possible
to your pantone reference. (We don’t use exotic/illegal leathers)

There are a many ways to do this.  Some are more subtle than others. We are particularly proud of our full colour digitally printed leather which really makes you stand out from the crowd. Aside from this we can do any of the following:

  • Debossing
  • Embossing
  • Gold/Silver/Copper Foiling
  • Metal Logo/Emblem
  • Customised Accessories i.e. zip fasteners
  • Customised Lining
  • Fabric Tags

Absolutely – this is our expertise. All our leather gifts are completely bespoke and made to be
exclusive for you. We relish the opportunity to collaborate with our clients on new designs

As standard, all our leather gifts are wrapped in plain tissue paper (this can be branded at an extra cost) and presented in a two piece black gift box with your logo embossed on the lid. We make bespoke packaging all the time so please discuss your particular requirements with your account manager.

For non-leather items, it is product dependant. Some gifts do come in plain standard packaging. However, we understand the importance of first impressions, so if you need something special made for your gifts then please discuss your particular requirements with your account manager.

All prices we quote will include all branding, packaging and delivery unless otherwise stated.

We require artwork files to be sent to us via email in a high resolution PDF, JPEG or EPS file depending upon the product and branding method we are using.

Our products have different lead times. Generally speaking our leather products take 6-8 weeks as they are completely bespoke and made to order, but we can look to expedite that if there is a specific delivery date requirement. We are very flexible and will only promise something we can 100% deliver on. For non-leather gifts it is product dependant and can vary between 10 days and 4 weeks.

Absolutely. We will send you a visual proof to approve the logo size and positioning before we go to mass production.

We don’t have a product brochure as we are always updating our range of gifts so it isn’t feasible. We provide a more consultative approach to supplying gifts and giveaways and work with the client to put together ideas most suited to their requirements rather than trawling through a magazine of 1000’s of items.

Leather – we design all our gift in the UK, but they are made in our factory in India.
Non-leather – this is product dependant. We have long-standing relationships with factories in
the UK, Far East and Europe.

Yes we do which relates to things such as ‘No Child Labour’ ‘Workplace Conditions’ etc .We are a member or Promota (A Promotional Merchandise Trade Association) and endorse the
EPPA Code of Conduct.
